✏ Find a better way for parents to give regular feedback (whether good, improvement needs, or help they need). After all these years I only recall seeing a general survey sporadically. Proactive is more effective than reactive.
Like everything in life, you often get out what you put in. As a proud parent of children attending the Spencer School District from 1996 until 2023, I've seen many changes and learned to grow as a parent throughout these years also. Although we still need a computer/technplogy for every student to take home daily, Spencer has built new facilities, continues to bring in new technology, has entirely transformed this school district to give every student consistent high quality education (Grade Alike configuration), & so far still respects the traditional school year with summers off (something I do appreciate personally).

The staff, teachers, and facilities are fantastic!! Simply amazes me how the upper administration remember the kids names even. My youngest isn't athletic or as social as the two older siblings. It has made all the difference to have teachers & staff whom have reached out, asked him to be involved, & helped build up self confidence.
